  • 1) How do I find out my baggage limit?
  • Your baggage limit is mentioned on the e-ticket provided to you.


  • 2) How can I add a meal t o my flight ticket?
  • You can choose your meal option while booking the flight on our website. If you have already booked the flight, please call the airline directly to get the meal added in your ticket.


  • 3) How do I make changes to a flight reservation?
  • You can make changes to the flight reservation by logging into “My Booking”. Please do follow the steps mentioned below for Domestic Flights: a) Log in to My Bookings. b) Under the trip Section, select the booking you want to change. c) Click” Reschedule Booking” to start rescheduling process. d) Please make your changes. e) Click on “Book Now” after you are done making changes. On the same page, you can see the amount that will be adjusted toward your new booking. f) Before you proceed with payment, kindly ensure that all the information is correct and ready to go. g) Kindly finish the payment to complete the reschedule flow. Once Black Eye Journeys receive the payment, we will book your reservation and email the new ticket on your registered email id. Please contact us for any changes you need to make on International Tickets, by clicking on “Contact Us”.


  • 4) I misspell my name while booking an international flight ticket. Can I get it changed?
  • It varies from airline to airline. Please click on “Contact Us” and allow us to help you.


  • 5) What is a non- refundable fare?
  • Non-refundable fare is a discounted fare, and no refund can be claimed from the airline in case of cancellation.


  • 6) How do I cancel a flight reservation?
  • You can cancel your rescheduled/changed tickets by logging into “My Booking”. Please find below the steps for cancelling an e-ticket: a) Log in to “My Booking”. b) Under the trips section, select the booking you want to cancel. c) Click on “Cancel Booking” to start the cancellation process. Kindly note, you get to review your booking and cancellation charges before the final cancellation. d) After clicking on cancel booking, select the passenger name & route you want to cancel. e) Click on “Get Refund Details” to know your cancellation charge & refund amount. f) Select the preferred mode of refund. g) Press the “Confirm & Refund” button to complete the cancellation process.


  • 7) Can I cancel one side travel for my roundtrip flight booking?
  • Yes, Partial cancellation is possible in few cases. Please, log in to “My Booking” to check the possibility for the booking you made. If “My Booking” allows you to select a particular sector to cancel it is allowed, else it is not. Please follow the steps mentioned below: a) Log in to “My Booking”. b) Under the trip section, select the booking you want to cancel. c) Click “Cancel Booking” to start the cancellation flow. Kindly note, clicking on “Cancel Booking” doesn’t directly cancel your booking. d) After clicking on cancel booking, select the passenger name and route you want to cancel. e) Click on “Get Refund Details” to know your cancellation charge and refund amount. f) Select the preferred mode of refund. g) Press the “Confirm & Refund” button to cancel the booking. Kindly note, clicking this button cancels your booking.


  • 8) How do I get discounted rate for flights?

  • 9) How can I buy extra baggage?
  • Extra baggage can be booked in advance at an additional cost. We request you to contact the airline directly to add extra baggage in your booking.


  • 10) Does a flight ticket include a meal?
  • In full fare flights, the meal is generally included in the cost of ticket. However in low cost carriers, you have to buy meal separately.


  • 11) How do I get a boarding pass?
  • You can get your boarding pass after doing a web check-in on the airlines website. Alternatively, you can also collect it from the airline representative at the check in counter. You need to show your e-ticket and travel documents at the counter.


  • 12) What is the standard check-in time for flights?
  • Domestic Flight: For Domestic Flight, you should Check –in at least 60minutes before the departure of the flight.

    International Flight: For international flight, you should check in at least 180 minutes (3 hrs) prior before the departure of the flight. (Note: In case of any national / special events, the time vary. Please re-check the time with airlines.)


  • 13) How do I know my flight booking was confirmed?
  • If your reservation has been booked, you would be able to see it under “My Booking” section. In case, you have made the payment, but your reservation is not reflecting in “My Booking” Section, please click on “Contact Us” and allow us to fix your problem.


  • 14) What is child fare and what is the fare for child having less than 2 Years??
  • Airline considers a child more than the age of 2 as a child. For domestic flights there is no child fare, but in international flights airline may charge 50% -80% of full fare, as a child fare. Kindly note that, the policy of child fare may vary on the policy of the airline and route.

    Most of the airline considers a child less than 2 yrs as an infant. Infant fare is charged as per the airline discretion.


  • 15) Where do I enter my frequent flyer number while booking domestic flight?
  • You can enter the frequent flyer number on the “Traveler Details” while making a reservation. The option is available right under the traveler details section.
